- not attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
- respect the rights of EGA, other users and third parties.
3. Membership Application
Submitting a membership application through the form does not automatically guarantee membership. The EGA board reviews applications and makes decisions in accordance with EGA bylaws and membership criteria.
For processing the application we collect your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy. We typically respond within 1–3 business days.
4. Intellectual Property
The content of this website (texts, design, logos, photos, brand elements — including Boska and Satoshi-style typography, starfield visualisation, colour palette) belongs to Estonian Gaming Association MTÜ or is used under licence.
Copying, distributing or using the content for commercial purposes requires prior written consent from EGA.
5. Limitation of Liability
EGA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the website is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the complete integrity or uninterrupted availability of the information.
EGA is not liable for damages arising from the use of the website or its temporary unavailability, except where the damage is caused by EGA’s intentional act or gross negligence.
