011. Website Owner

Estonian Gaming Association MTÜ (registry code 80673799, address Ülikooli tn 2a, 51003 Tartu, Estonia; hereinafter: EGA)

Contact: email.

022. Use of the Website

The website is intended for informational purposes and to present the activities of Estonian Gaming Association. You may freely read and use the content of the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

By using the website you undertake to:

  • provide truthful and up-to-date information (including in the membership application form);
  • not modify or damage the website’s technical functionality;
  • not attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
  • respect the rights of EGA, other users and third parties.

033. Membership Application

Submitting a membership application through the form does not automatically guarantee membership. The EGA board reviews applications and makes decisions in accordance with the EGA statutes and membership criteria.

For processing the application we collect your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy. We typically respond to applications within 1–3 business days, but no later than within 30 days.

044. Intellectual Property

The content of this website (texts, design, logos, photos, databases, brand elements — including Boska and Satoshi-style typography, starfield visualisation, colour palette) belongs to EGA or is used under licence.

Copying, modifying, distributing or using the content for commercial purposes requires prior written consent from EGA.

055. Limitation of Liability

EGA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the website is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the complete integrity or uninterrupted availability of the information.

EGA is not liable for damage arising from the publication of the website, its use, or its temporary unavailability, except where the damage is caused by EGA’s intentional act or gross negligence.

066. Links to Third-Party Websites

The website may contain links to other websites (for example, the Estonian Tax and Customs Board or the Financial Intelligence Unit). EGA is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites.

077. Changes to Terms

EGA has the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. We may notify of significant changes separately.

088. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes between the parties shall first be resolved through negotiation and, failing that, in Harju County Court.

099. AI assistant OiOi

The handbook includes an AI assistant, OiOi, which helps review advertising and AML documents. To do this, EGA sends the material you submit — an image, document text or a question — to an OpenAI language model for processing.

What is masked. Before sending, the system removes national identity codes, bank account numbers, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses from text, replacing them with a generic marker.

What is not masked. The system does not automatically remove names or addresses. Images are not masked at all — masking works on text, so a face, a signature or contact details in small print on an advertisement are sent with the image. Please do not upload material where this is not acceptable.

What OpenAI does. OpenAI does not use data sent through the API to train its models. Inputs and outputs are retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and then deleted.

What EGA retains. We keep conversations for up to five years, in order to improve the assistant and account for usage. We do not store the text of uploaded documents — only the result of the check is kept. When an organisation's membership ends, we delete the content of its conversations within 90 days; the cost records required for accounting remain.

Cost of use. Use of the AI assistant is visible on the member's account as it happens and is added to the membership invoice. Each organisation and user has a monthly limit, set by EGA's board and adjustable by agreement.

Nature of the answer. OiOi's answer is not a legal assessment. It states what it found and on what basis — compliance is decided by the competent authority, not by EGA or OiOi. “I did not find it” does not mean “it is not there”.
