Estonian Gaming Association MTÜ

Membership Terms

These membership terms govern the membership relationship between Estonian Gaming Association MTÜ and its members. By activating a member account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Last updated: 29.06.2026

1. Scope and Parties

These terms apply to the membership relationship between Estonian Gaming Association MTÜ (registry code 80673799, Ülikooli tn 2a, 51003 Tartu, Estonia; the “EGA”) and a member. A member is the company (operator) joining EGA together with its authorised representative who activates the member account.

These terms shall be read together with the EGA statutes, terms of use and privacy policy. In case of conflict, the statutes prevail with respect to the membership relationship.

2. Formation of Membership

Joining takes place as follows:

  • EGA sends an invitation to the operator’s representative;
  • the representative activates a member account (sets a password) and gains access to the member portal;
  • the representative explores the portal during the trial period;
  • the representative confirms membership in the portal and selects a billing cycle.

Activating an account alone does not create a paid membership obligation — it grants portal access and starts the trial period. Member rights and obligations take full effect upon confirmation of membership.

3. Trial Period

After account activation, the member has a trial period (currently one week) during which the member portal and its content may be explored without obligation. No membership fee applies during the trial period.

If the member does not confirm membership during the trial period, the account remains pending. The account may be reopened and membership confirmed at any time.

4. Membership Fee and Billing

Membership after the trial period is subject to a fee. The membership fee applies according to the current rates displayed in the portal at the time of confirming membership. The member selects a suitable billing cycle in the portal.

The specific prices and billing terms are presented to the member in the portal at the membership confirmation step. Invoices are issued according to the selected cycle and payment is made within the term stated on the invoice.

5. Member Rights

  • access to the EGA member portal and member materials;
  • participation in EGA activities pursuant to the statutes (including voting rights at the general meeting and the right to stand for the board — to the extent of full membership);
  • use of the EGA member logo in accordance with EGA guidelines;
  • involvement in shaping EGA positions and in working groups as provided in the statutes.

6. Member Obligations

  • provide and keep up to date accurate data (about the company and the representative);
  • pay the membership fee according to the selected billing cycle;
  • use the member portal lawfully and not share access credentials with third parties;
  • comply with the EGA statutes and good practice, and respect the rights of other members and third parties.

7. Personal Data

EGA processes the personal data of the member and its representative in accordance with the privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Upon activating a member account, the representative consents to the processing of data for the purpose of managing the membership relationship.

8. Termination of Membership

A member may terminate membership in accordance with the statutes by notifying EGA. EGA may terminate or suspend membership on the grounds set out in the statutes (including failure to pay the membership fee or a material breach of the terms).

Upon termination of membership, access to the member portal ends. Personal data is retained in accordance with the privacy policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

EGA reserves the right to amend these terms over time. We will notify the member separately of material changes (e.g. by email). Continued membership after the changes take effect is deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, failing agreement, in the Estonian courts.
